Dean/chief/head are needed for any department to lead/control the members under them.It is a difficult and the most responsible task.The department is a collective responsibility and if something happens bad in the department , both the member and the chief is answerable according to our law.
The reason behind this post is Dr.Shashank.His character in sanjeevani and initial period of DMG 1 is entirely different from what we saw later and continuing to see now.He was portrayed as the most respectable and professional (with golden heart) doctor in Sanjeevani and initial few months of DMG.After that more episodes,scenes were dedicated to show his fatherly character and the creatives ve conveniently forgotten him as the doctor.He just appeared as a doctor to send his interns for a camp/punish them.when our boss is not there,the place looks entirely different for us.we feel like sitting in some recreation hall.Tho iam happy that they are showing some new doctors,class rooms,senior doctors teaching interns but still everything becomes incomplete without the dean,Dr Shashank.so iam just requesting CVs to bring back him and give him the character which we loved and not the one used as filler.
MY POV-when a head is really responsible ,sincere in works and leading the whole crew with himself as a true example,the whole crew shines ; the department excels.For such a person initially it might be tuff but later He gains the respect from everyone that no one likes to go against them. This is true in everything ; our real life,DMG and even this forum.
PS:i wrote everything from my personal experience.I strongly believe that DMG will become a more enjoyable medical drama if our old Dr shashank comes back.i didn't bash any one. If anyone is hurt by my post,iam sorry for it
