Well the site has really reasonably priced gifts. However, it's always a hit and miss. I shopped there twice. First time had great and fresh cake but the second time got a rotten one. I complained to them and have not heard a single word from them for about 2 weeks now and don't think I'll ever hear from them. Customer service is awful. So if you're ok with hit and miss chances of getting decent gifts and absolutely zero customer service, then feel free to shop at HongKongFloristShop. I've had my chances and I'm done with them.
