I think she's nupur but due to that thing that she was abandoned and left alone by everyone she's behaving like stranger or pretending that she has a memory loss. But it can actually be memory loss as well, as the nupur we know would never act casually if mayank was bleeding so heavily and was in the hospital in such a condiiton. But than she would not have given the phone to the doc to speak to samrat/gunjan. It's all so confusing lol and i think this mystery will continue for some time and cv's humein aur tarpayeingay.

Did u see how CV's put her all mysterious? At one end she takes Mayank to hospital and signs paper as his Wife and on the other hand ...she's behaving casual as if she just helped some stranger who she saw required help. It does'nt have that care and worry from her side which a Wife would usually have.

So though we know she;s Nupur .... my doubts are on the mystery revolving around her character
