Summary
Episode starts off with scenes from yesterday's episode when the nurse asks Nupur to sign the form. When they ask her about her relationship with the patient, she looks at him and a silent bond is immediately formed. Without thinking twice, she says PATI.
The doctor then informs her to call his relatives and ask them to come there. She looks into his phone and decides to call his family members. She sees saali sahiba and gets irked.😆
Gunjan picks up the phone and is informed by the DOCTOR that Mayank has an accident. Nupur then thanks the doctor for informing Gunjan, as she herself was not in the condition to talk about it herself. The doctor then asks her to get the medicines and she goes.
As she is walking out she notices her reflection in the mirror and sees Mayank's blood as her sindoor. She tries to rub it away, with acute pain in her eyes, but in vain. She then leaves for the pharmacy, when she passes by SG. She bumps into a man and all the papers fall down from her hand. In a fit of anger, in true Nupur Sharma style, she says By God! Dekhe chal nahin sakte kya?
And Gunjan hears her. She runs behind to look for Nupur, but doesn't find her there. They then go to meet Mayank.
Mayank is in the hospital, still having not regained his consciousness. Gunjan is upset because she visioned something like this happening.😕
Just then Nupur returns from the pharmacy and passes the emergency room and that very moment Mayank opens his eyes and looks at her. He can see her clearly, and his eyes are full of love for her. She loves him too, deeply and dearly. He mouths Nupur and she moves back, taking the support of the wall behind her. He smiles through his tears and gestures for her to come inside to him. Just then the nurse informs her that he has gained consciousness and his family has come.
Mayank calls out Nupur and when SG go to him frantic with worry, he slowly points towards the window and says Nupur. When SG turn around, the find no one.
Then the doctor informs SG that a lady, claiming herself to be Mayank's wife had signed the form. When Gunjan requests for the form, she and Samrat are shocked and Samrat runs outside. Mayank gestures Gunjan to come to him and he kind of blesses her as she holds his hand and cries.
Nupur enters the house she is living in and an aunty asks her what is wrong. She says nothing and says she is going to leave the house. On asking why she wants to do that since it has been only two days since she moved to that house, she says she needs to leave the city of Mumbai hamesha hamesha ke liye.
Screen splits into Mayank/Gunjan-Nupur-Samrat.

1. Acting- Arjun was as usual brilliant. His eyes, his eyes spoke VOLUMES. During the MN eye lock the way he was literally begging and pleading for her to come to him just wrenches your heart. Rati is truly the expression queen. The way she expresses her deep rooted pain of not being able to be with the man she loves, hug him and tell him she loves him madly, was just out of the world. These two manage to leave me spellbound all the time.👏
2. Scenes- I absolutely loved every Mayank, Nupur, MayUr, and Mayank/Gunjan scenes, even the SG bit in the hospital room. Very well executed, and the MayUr eye-lock is bound to leave anyone haunted for a very long time.
3. Background Music- The background music for the episode was simply amazing. I loved how the classic MayUr BG was given a haunting touch, sure to leave an after effect on anyone who hears it.
