Wow wow wow...Dutta put the chain/Naku's mangalsutra on his wrist...

i think Dutta tying the munglesutar like that was symbolic. He remembered that Jagtap died for Tasha's love and also the last flashback he had was the MS tied around Jagtap's hand. So, him tying it around his own wrist symbolizes that Dutta is willing to die for Naku's love as well.
