It seems that outlaw Krishna Singh has been spotted last on his motorcycle driving on the outskirts of Allahabad. He first stopped at the place where he saw Pratigya once pick up and stroke a puppy, then he went to a chaiwala stand to have tea. Afterwards he went to a tattoo place to have a new tattoo put on his other arm. The tattoo said, "Krishna loves Pratigya" with a heart through the middle. Then he sped off on his bike and headed towards the road again. Allahabad Times will keep you posted of any further developments.
