why do they show "too many events" as a dream sequence?

they did it earlier during the restaurant scene, and now again!
its not fair to the audience.. what you think

These dream sequences are the CVs way...
--of doing timepass.....as they know we dont have any other job but to watch this crap they are showing us...
--It is a nice way of showing the audience what they wish and at the same time saving their precious taps from actually going to the jail...
--it is also a great way to raise the viewer's hopes (and also the trp)..and then dashing them ruthlessly the next minute by showing it as a dream...
