hey I am rushing this before starting for work.
I wanted to open this thread so as to sepak of dadi dear who has all along been so ssweet to grandson's young wife khanak.
While most of the shows speak of dadi;s soaked in tradition and torturing young daughter-in-laws making wicked plans all the time(Uttaran is the worst I think.,I do not watch that) here is our Khandelwal dadi who has been very kind and understanding to khanak from the beginning.
I also loved the fact that she wholeheartedly accepted khanak and was not superstitous to say khank was a widow who lost her husband imeediately and all that scrap as the dadi's normally do.
She loved khsanak a lot so much so that she did not even bother to hug dear grandson shaan but hugged khanak after their return from adevetures in two nights.
she consoled khank during the laptop incident.praises her cooking skills,and now she encourages her to learn english.,by pointing out crying is not going to help.
WOW dadi dear u are a shining example to the older generation as to how they can make a change in the life of younger ones with thier love,warmth and wisdom.
U are one of the best dadi's anyone can hope fore.Shaan'khank are lucky tohave u.
