Armaan is boxing and Shilpa is standing besides him.Armaan while boxing asks her "Meree khushi aur gham se kissi ko kyaa pharak padtaa hai?" Shilpa is abt to say "Mujhe" but stops and armaan stops boxing and looks at her.Shilpa starts staring him (sajana in the background).Shilpa tells Armaan that a lot of people are there who care for him like Sid, Ridzi.She says that Riddhima cares for him and she has seen in her eyes the care for him.
Riddhima on the other hand is concerned that Armaan should get his life back on track and she decides to do something about it. Shilpa tells Armaan that Sid and Ridzi want him to be happy and there are others too like his seniors (pauses for a moment) and says "Your Juniors". Armaan turns back to her and says "how much do you know me that u are giving me lectures on Khushi and Gham" and asks her to leave.
Shilpa offers him water with a smile and a caring attitude but he again asks her to leave but Shilpa says "I will leave but let me tell u that u are just destroying ur life" and leaves.Armaan says to himself "barbaad? shaayad main yahee karnaa chahta hun".
In the corridor,Sid closes Riddhima's eyes frm the back and asks her "what is she doing in the evening?" as he wants to go out with her.He says in a jovial and romantic mood "let me give you half day and then in the evening we can be together" but Ridzi is serious & asks him for a favour to reassign her duty with Armaan. She says "I know he is stubborn and I will have to keep telling him so that he hears me out". Listening to all this Sid feels a bit uncomfy but Riddhima tells him "Please donot misunderstand me" but Sid says that "he understands and even he has noticed that Armaan has been behaving a bit weird these days and its only Riddhima who can help him move on."
Riddhima says "Armaan needs their help" to which Sid says "I will see what i can do about it." Riddhima leaves and they show Sid smiling for her. At the nurse station Shilpa is having flashbacks of her recent meeting with Armaan. Armaan also comes there standing besides her and gives her a smile. Shilpa starts looking at Armaan and Armaan also looks at her in between.
Sid and Riddhima also come there. Sid assigns Armaan and Riddhima duty together along with JP. But Armaan is surprised and asks Sid "I dont think that two senior doctors are needed in the general ward" Sid says "I know what i am doing". Armaan tells him "I know ur doing this on purpose and if u cant change my duty, I'll go to Dr Shashank and get my duty changed" Sid says " Why would you go to Dr Shahshank for such a small thing?
Armaan says "he wants to work alone and Sid can give Dr Shashank an answer about the same" but Riddhima interupts and says "I want to work with you, do you have a problem?" Armaan as usual replies "No I have no issues" and leaves. Riddhima says "Thank you" to Sid and goes to the ward too.
Sid prays to god that even though he gets scared seeing their closeness, but he still wants everything to be alright soon. Armaan and Riddhima are together on a case and start arguing ,both have a different opinion. Riddhima thinks there is no need of surgery but Armaan thinks otherwise.They fight almost like old days but just then Riddhima realises she is behaving like the old days and agrees with Armaan abt the surgery.
Armaan feels something is wrong and asks her "what were you saying?" Riddhima asks JP to do the surgery but Armaan stops him and asks Ridzi "What?" Ridzi says he should be happy that Riddhima is listening to him. Armaan asks her how did she agree so soon and Riddhima says that it proves that u are right but Armaan says it proves that "Hamare beech mein pehle jaisaa kuch bhee naheen." He says "a girl who makes everyone do what she wants to, is listening to him which she never used to do!" He says "Apni baatein manvani waalee Dr Riddhima gupta" and then stops and says "Dr Riddhima modi" ( the camera zooms on his lips and their eyes and his voice echos) and Riddhima and Armaan both have tears in their eyes.
Riddhima has tears when he says "Riddhima Modi" Armaan says "you're the one joh apnee baat manane ke liyee puraa hospital sar par utha letee thee, par aaj itnee asaani se meree baat maangayee taaki mujhe lagee ke mere aas pass sab kuch normal hai , lekin kuch bhee normal naheen hai". Riddhima says "theres nothing like that" but Armaan gets angry and says "Main itnaa bewakoof naheen hun" and leaves after asking JP to show Riddhima the reports and then decide abt the surgery.
Riddhima is left behind with one or two drops of tears in her eyes with a little smile too and tries to stop him but doesnt. Sid is standing behind Riddhima and says "I cant see Armaan like this,I have to do something"
Precap for TM: Shilpa in the feri and Armaan sees her, returns her duppatta and in Sanjeeveni Sid lifts Riddhiima up in the canteen.
