I haven't watched today's episode, but as per the written update and the precap, looks like Suhana can't let go Sid. Therefore, this is what I want to see:
After Suhana finally realizes what kind of a guy Sid is, she goes to Ishaan and ask for his forgiveness. I know Ishaan loves Suhana, but he should not give in so easily and Suhana should work hard to earn his trust, support and his love again. After all, she is hurting him over and over again. Please Ishaan, I know you love Suhana, but she needs to learn few things on her own by tasting her own medicine.
