She was probably just a gold digging bimbo who deceived our Munda Maan back when he was just a young naive lad. She is the reason he hates women, is bitter and keeps his guard up. I will not be surprised if we get a flashback of MSK's tale but I sincerely hope that this Sameera is nothing like Geet in looks or personality to prove he is not attracted to Geet because of the resemblance.
