Yeh Chanda Kanoon Hai- Meaning?

I'm a little lost on the meaning of the name.. can anyone clarify it for me? At first i thought it was "Yeh Chanda Ka Khanoon Hai" but then I realized its "Yeh Chanda Kanoon Hai".. what does it mean? i think i might know-but what im thinking doesnt make sense lol, so i wanted someone to clarify it for me, please and thank you!!!!

YCKH hai....because Chanda always fighing 4 truth....

some time she lose but she supported always truth...

n also the Judge always do anything 4 Chanda....

so that the title YCKH...😊..

Actually its a famous saying in Hindi , Yeh Andha Kanoon Hai (Law is Blind) it needs proofs for any thing to go ahead.
So just to rhyme it the serial has been named Yeh Chanda Kanoon Hai which means that whatever Chanda (the protagonist ) does is the kanoon in that serial ! 😳 😆😆😆

The Judge actually favors Chanda a lot thats why its Yeh Chanda Kanoon hai!😆
