There is a saying in English "Any fool can deal with a crisis.It is the evryday living that requires intelligence"
Our serial producers forget this and think that bewkoof viewers kitne log court mein jachuke hai? So they show a court scene where anyone sitting in the audience can shout or talk loudly and get a chance to go and stand in the witness box to testify. 👏
In our family courts or more so in the criminal courts where a case like this will be tried, the lawyers will have to give in advance information to the court as to who will take the witness stand and who will talk. none can stand like Pratigya did and go ahead.
Second any lawyer who handles a case will have prepared before hand all that he would deal that day in court and would have briefed his clients well.
No one can waste the court's time by looking at faces and talking at their own pace. The lawyer would have told them how to talk and the court insists on quick and smooth delivery of the proceedings.
The serial courts hardly show any point that happens in real life. Aman Mathur for all his intelligence has not prepared any one. Second in reality it is a lawyer who would insist that in his presence the facts be told to the person who doesn't know anything (here Krishna) and while testifying how to focus on the fact that it was made to look like it was Krishna who had done the kidnapping hence the tension in the family.
Instead like a film(the producers say this is a close to reality where girls are targetted and a girl takes a stand to hit back) the court scene goes on predictable lines and the case is won!!!
Pratigya does not even mention that Krishna was framed in the entire kidnapping!WOW! what a way the producers have betrayed Krishna and his goodness.
Now all of us can expect the same filmi baat of insults, the girl trying to prove her innocence, asking Krishna is that all his faith in her is, the sasuraal going ballistic throwing the bahu out and getting Komal back home et , etc. 😆
So now all of you tell me where is Krishna's analytical strength shown?No room for his strength of character to come out.Poor man as thought earlier, the producers have betrayed his intelligence and made this a filmi serial and not the strong one all of us appreciated from the beginning.
The court room drama too filmi hai.

hey dreamygal Yes it is messing with Krishna for the pscyo view. but honestly is that neede? He is such a complex but a very very strong character. CV ignored,serial trp nosedives(remember axe ad- khaali swimming pool) to its all time low.
The heartwarming scene of yesterday should be maintained to keep this show going as that is why all of us are hapily typing away into the nights regardless of our morning dash to colleges, offices and household duties 😃
This was what Ekta Kapoor did always to her serilas and it was disgusting. Here was a wonderful change in serial making and they follow of all the people Ekta kaaapoooor 😒
As I said in another post this court drama is unnecessary.
I hope the wedge is not so strong 😔 I truly want to see Krishna proving that though he is illiterate he is capable of dealing with any block to his pyaar as his character was shown earlier.
heck! I too love a good love story and this one is going the bekaar way all too soon. 😭
Pratigya needs to be shown accepting that her hubby is a capable man -drawback illiteracy. But that he more than makes it up in the faith, trust department.
Filmi stuff too very boring.
