The Ye pal song from qazi's album is in the top ten in the B4U since the time it was released and that is not a small thing, because of the number of albums that r being released.
qazi can in no terms be called a faliure.Have u heard that slow and steady wins the race. That is how he wone the FJ and that is what he is doing right now, taking it slow so that he will be steady when he is up there and not topple down.
Some of the biggest stars of showbiz like amitabh bachchan, rajesh khanna, saif khan, sharukh khan and many others (not comparing qazi to these superstars and legends)were labelled faliures when they started their careers, were mocked for their looks but look where they r now, ruling the Bollywood. All these people started slow and nobody at that time could have predicted that they will be what they r now.
I would rather that qazi takes it slow to achieve what he wants in life.I am sure he is going to prove all his critics wrong 😃

i understand your viewpoint , but the core problem with Qazi is his lack of musical talent,if he were a good singer then all his showmanship would have been helpful, i think he well stay as a performer with small regional sellings but probably not be succesful in mainstream, having said that there is something called destiny and luck which has favored him big time till now.

No body is born with musical talent,it has to be gained by learning and by practice. The difference betweeen qazi and other contestants was that they were all trained singers, some even had 10-15 years of training. If u sing good with that many years of training what is so great about that.We all saw how he improved with the training that he got in Gurukul, just imagine what he could have done with 10-15 years of training, and when he was in FG he was under stress most of the time and yet he improved so much.
Qazi does'nt want to be a singer and so i don't think that he will make the effort to do something as a singer. He could train as a singer but he won't because he does'nt want to do it.
I don't consider him lucky,he won because people love him.The II 2 is going on now but we see that none of the contestants have that hold over the public that qazi had and it is not an easy job.
Lets wait for sometime and see what he does. Its too early to predict his doom.

here is my two cents, Qazi did improve but he has limited potential for growth, after that he will reach a plateau.
coming onto what he is going to do, suppose he gets a break even in a big film , i am a skeptical that all the overwhelming support and showmanship he got ,is going to translate to making that film a hit.
lastly there is another view point about Qazi being under pressure , well he was under pressure the first few times , but after that he knew that he has a stable vote bank which will keep on bringing him back.
having said that i wish he all the best for future
