i've only seen the last couple epis (selective dv-amoli scenes) and its heartbreaking to watch dv and amoli constantly misunderstand him. but then i think back to the original premise of the show and i'm actually disgusted. it's so easy for ekta to just manipulate her viewers and sensitize them to inhumane and villainous, immoral people.

my questionS (i know there are a lot, you can answer whatever).

1. did dv's wife die? how? was dv married when he became obsessed with amoli?

2. Says Sharad about his role, "I am the antagonist in the show. Thakur Digvijay Bhadoria portrays the ideal husband, son and family man. He's rich and feared by the villagers. However, he is the man whose philandering ways get the protagonist of the show, Amoli, in trouble."
"Tell us about your character?

He is a businessman. He has no intention of harming anyone; he is also kind to his family. It is a complicated character."
-------> So I don't really understand his character. Did he really have any good qualities? How can there be 2 extremes? And what is this about no intentions of harming anyone? What about Amoli and her family? Or what about Radhe?

3. what happened to chandana? any good scenes with dv and chandana?

4. and who is that girl who is married to dv's evil nephew? the one that wants to help dv and amoli unite? what's her motive for helping?

alright hello there..would try to answer ur questions as i interpret the story so just bear with me😃

1... DV's first wife is v much alive and kicking.....umm i should say ex-wife...coz she divorced him and tried to sent him to jail......after he killed radhey. DV was happily married (in his wifey's opinion) when he became obsessed with Amoli........DV and ex-wifey were shown to be extremely detached...sh loved him to death and he just used and abused her........about Amoli...he lusted after her...then he was intrigued by her self-respecting ways.......then he was challenged by her defiance and resistance to him...and finally he was attracted to her beauty and the attainable quality that she has.😃 then when she threatened to kill herself he realized that he was in love with her.......Twisted😆...I know

2. DV is an extremely cold calculating man....he is smarter anybody around him. he has power and money and he knows how to use it...he was shown to be v kind and generous towards his family and the villagers....however it was just a persona he was playing....he was using farmers and their money problems to sleep with their young daughters...he was an adulterer......but he played his game so well that nobody ever, EVER suspected him.....in short he was never a gd man....but he never did anything bad just coz he felt like it.....rather his evilness would come into play when things would get in his way....he twists things around to suit his purposes....and he would do almost anything to acheive his goal....his intelligence and cold calculative ways are something that i m a huge fan of 😈😃....he is a character along the line of Richard the III from shakespeare...if u know...then u will understand what i mean. about 2 extremes...i have high hopes that he has not reformed as much as he likes his new wifey to believe......he is just playing the manipulation game again......but u never know....ekta maata ke world me kuch bhi hosakta hai.......about Amoli and her family...hmm Amoli has forgiven him and her family has bought the BS that he is a changed...for LOVE...radhe is convineintly dead.....DV killed him himself...so yea..tahts that😊😈

3. chandana is in her sasural...pretending to be pregnant...to keep her drukard husband with herself...away from a prostitute named kamudi...whose life was ruined by DV...and who is back for revenge....and oh yea...kamudi was Amoli's BFF....like her sis.....no gd scenes after chandanas wedding between her and DV

4. the girl's name is Kajri...she is dhanni's daughter...DV or thakurs rt hand man. she accused DV of raping her...in actuallity Puneet her husband raped her....but he bribed her to accuse Dv so he(puneet) will marry her...intially DV was all set to take revenge from her...but he forgave her...so she has been really thankful to him.....thats y wanna help....and oh yea she hates her rapist of a husband...so wishes to give him pain as much as possible....so she is siding with DV.

hope i answered every thing😃........i m just bored today...missing the old Devil....so yea if u have any more questions......ask away😃

well! sinistera answered all ur ques very well. i will try to answer and explain dv's character according to my pov😛

lets start with dv's character,before encounter with amoli:
dv is a very strong character and has many layers . he is a good son, is a good husband to his first wife (he neva loved her though, but still he is good with her) , he is like a dad to chandana and her bros.(puneet and suren) . he is a person who rules the village by hook or by crook. he lends money to villagers on his own conditions like if they are unable to pay back , dv will snatch the things , according to term and conditions and in this , no body can dare to stop him. in all this , dhanni (dv's right hand) helps him. kamudi(she is amoli's friend)'s parents were also unable to pay back the money , so kamudi's life was destroyed.but note that, kamudi gave in to dv's actions. in short he is a complete devil , he is smart , he is witty , he plans each and everything in awesome way. and no body in his home has slightest idea about his actions with villagers.he has a very big ego and his anger is like wrath on others. ( i would like to mention , dv's wife fazool dimagh also, which caused her to trust her husband so blindfully)

dv after meeting amoli:
now here comes amoli in dv's life. he lusted after her ( no doubt) and initially wanted her for one night stand but she refused. he got furious and then it became a matter of ego.he tried each and every way to win her (all the evil and wrong ways😆), he even arranged the marriage of radhey(a person without brains😆, he was servant of dv ) and amoli(amoli didn't know abt radhey being a servant of dv) and brought her to his haveli and before that he broke her marriage with another guy at mandap. but she stand against him everytime. amoli became his junoon , he went against his family and all others. and he then came to know that he loves her. he was so junooni and possessive about her that in anger and jealousy , he killed her husband radhey.

recently he learnt that this is not the right way to win her heart and now he is good (atleast i think , no one may know that still he is acting like a good person😕less chances of it , though). but he is the most interesting character i have ever seen. he is the real "bairi piya" .

@sinistera.. i miss the old devil dv too , he was too good😛

yea man mee too....he was one of his kind....i have never seen such a layered charcter on Indian TV...heck not even movies have that kinda character....randomly have u ever seen Mister Brooks....sometimes the devils ruthlessness reminded me of that movie.....or Hannibal Lecter.....he is one amazing character....i think the Devil was the character who could match up to these villians...he was that gd....but now bheegi billi...😕😡.......i just want him back....kaisey bhi.

BTW loved ur interpretation of the Devil's character....i love reading other peoples take on him....he is so intruguing....challenges everything about over normal everyday soap heros

I liked it wen she got Devil outta jail, so he could clean Puneet ka clock 😍 😍

mee too Anj i was so hoping for him to make her fall in love with him with all his flaws and evilness intact.😈...but nahi......meri desires ka kisiko koi khayal nahi hai😕....i still have hopes though...somwhere in that bheegi billi the devil is hiding....will make a reappearence one day...baas woh din kaab ayega????

i havn't seen Mr brooks , but hannibal lecter, oh yes! he is one of a kind , his screen time was not more than 20 mins in movie , but he ruled!!! loved him in the whole movie. and i don't like the bheegi billi too, yaar where is our devil now !! i so so so so so want him back. i want the devil daily dose . *sigh* where was i , when there were these daily doses(i started watching bp recently , and watched previous epis on yt) .
