Someone Great Once said, the greatest words said in history.
If you love something, set it free. If it comes back to you, it's yours. If it doesn't, it never was. We do not possess anything in this world, least of all other people. We only imagine that we do.
You would think many people would listen to this "great person" but we human beings have a way of turning a deaf ear whenever it comes to hearing something sensible.Sometimes the best way to live your love is to set it free. Its hard but better to let it breath then to kill it. No matter how much you run from yourself ...it will catch up to you one day making you realize mistake or rather a sin.This Little story is about a mirror of perfection or atleast it seemed so.
Mayank Sharma, owner of the Sony Empire never lacked anything in his life from the day he was born. It was like he was born with a gold spoon in his mouth.That was not to say he was some spoilt brat taking advantage of his parents life's work, No not at all. Infact he made sure his Parents wealth did not influence his life.
Ofcourse like all he grew to be a over achiever wanting nothing less than what he deserved or what he thought he deserved. He was mirror of perfection in every sence, from his behaviour to his morals, never lacked in anything. That is until he met with his life, or atleast what he thought to be his life but in reality she was never his. It was love at first sight, immediately her image matched perfectly with his perfect mate image.
Nothing mattered to him more than achieving her, acheiving her love, poor soul spent all his lifes worth on her. All he could do, he did so she could be his for forever. He wanted her to be in his arms, he wanted to console her through her rough times, be the reason for her smile, love her till death.
Eventually he did get her, but they say " if a woman can make a man, she can break him to",whom he brought into his house thinking to be life, she broke him.....she left him nothing but tears, regret, & pure remorse of what he had done.
Nupur Bhushan a young jovial girl who loved life like anything, made sure she always smiled 1000 times in a day for she did not know who was watching her and falling in love with her smile. One day her own words came true, Mayank sharma fell in love with her smile at first sight, and then it did not take him long until he was possesed with her.
She didn't want him, her life was already filled with another mans love, whom she loved dearly.She didn't know, her smile would be the reason for a mans obession for her. Which one day would turn out to be a nightmare for her.
Mayank failed to understand her reasons and she failed to understand his reasons. They both were unknown to the remorse they were going to bring into their own lives.
She eventually came into his life, after he ruined her life leaving her no choice but to comply with his request. He was to live his life through her ...but she wanted him to suffer everyday of his life through her. She broke his so called perfection vowing to make him regret the day he saw her, Sadly that never happened......But Mayank did realize...why they say...love is not love...if its forced
The day came when that great once words came true, making Mayank realize ...his happiness was in her happiness. And she was not happy with him.... He let her go, he let his life go..his reason to live, reason to smile, reason to wake up every morning....everything he had ...She took with her ..
But a day came when she was to realize that what people say is true, " one should be with who loves them the most not the one you love the most"....
He died with the guilt ...of not achieving her love & She lived with the guilt of destoying her own love with her own hands..
It was hard but both did it ...for each other...for their love......And the realization that ....one should never take life into their own hands...because one cannot predict today...& he certainly cannot predict tommorrow.
