I think Vishal is santu DM's son. The lady in the hopital may be the key to this mystery. Megha may have carried the child in her womb.

how could megha have carried it in her womb? U mean like a surrogate.

i think santu must have delivered vishal when she was in jail and that lady must be the midwife and said to santu that her child was born dead and given vishal to megha as she was lonely. Hows my direction.

Vishal is too sweet and reminds me of Santu....when he takes care of nandini and krishna when kidnapped......when he is almost falling from the stool and DM holds him like he does it to Santu...

If you all already thought of it....then why worry the marriage will not take place.

First of all Megha Carrying Santu's kid would be outrageous. Yes, we do agree that Vishal is SanRaj's kid. As for Megha i think there are two scenarios: 1. Megha might have stolen Santu's kid and telling her that Santu's kid was still born and trying to get revenge on DM.
2. When Santu delivered the kid, someone from Jail might have called DM's house and Motiben must have picked up the phone.Motiben must have selected Megha to break the marriage of his brother.

No matter how many up's and down's our SanRaj had they will end up together and they can never be broken apart. For DM, Santu is his life and for Santu DM is her life.

why does megha want revenge from DM?

This is probably where Pinakin will make a reappearance, I thing the evil doc is related to Pinakin....he disappeared too quietly and without too much fuss or could all this be Viraat's doing

oh lord how much have i missed. Who the hells Pinakin now? Thats the problem with indian serials. Too many characters coming and going.

There might a chance that Pinakin, might reappear but Viraat, no i do not think he is capable of doing this to DM.
