Perhaps I have too high expectations or standards imposed on Kishore. I figured that since he had his head screwed on straight, that he would act accordingly, but I have at times been disappointed.

What Kishore did with the bunnies was fantastic...taunting Kala, belittling her was amazing. They are oddly enough, a well-matched pair--battle of the wits vs. throwing things at each other.

Kishore has backed down so many times in the past that sometimes I just sit there, totally shocked. This man needs to take a Viagra for the brain every time he comes near Kala...he shuts down so many times and lets Kala get away with things. And her threats against her son? I would have thought Kishore would have called her bluff, or even told her she was a degenerate and that he did not have time for her bull 🤬. He never even threatened her about going to Bhao or collecting something to use against her in front of Bhao. He just shuts up. Perhaps I'm being too rough, but if a person has strong belief systems and values, I expect that to come through in their words and actions. But Kishore, he's so hit or miss.

My hope is that in the future he becomes more confident, even more verbally aggressive with Kala. Fling her jewelry at her, scream at her -- granted that's not who he is. But at least give your sermon a little more forcefully, man!

We need to enroll him in Jagtap dada's boot camp. Dutta, Kishore and Suds in the front row. Oh I also forgot Ganpat. But on a serious note maybe his actions are ruled by his heart and not by his mind similar to what we said in another discussion regarding Nakku as to why she did not tell Dutta regarding his fiance having an affair.

it is true that Kishore often disappoints us. But if he always stands up to Kala, dont u think that then we would not appreciate his actions as much as we do now. for example, when naku stood up 2 kala when she was about to be thrown out of PN, we all loved it but this wouldnt have been the case if naku stood up to kala every day. so, i think its probably better that kishore doesn't stand up to kala every time because then we would not love his performance as much

Agree! Honourable though his intentions might be he is still as much in the wrong as his less honourable relations. He was aware of every rotten trick his wife and her sidekicks were upto over the years but never chose to do anything about it. He is a religious man after all. He should know his first duty should be towards the man who provides him with food & shelter. To put it crudely it was a sort of "Namak @#$%^^#". Its clear Kalavati cares two hoots about her son. So no question of separating a child from its mother if that's what he is worried about. What's the point of continuing to live in PN? For free food & board? If he was a real man he would lay bare everything in front of Dutta Bhau grab his kid and flee out of the evil world of Kalavati

I'm still having a hard time believing that Kishore is ruled by his heart or rather, feelings for Kala. Feelings for Kala??? I'm still struggling to find ONE thing good about her in all this time. I don't what Kishore has convinced himself of regarding Kala, but I'm faint just at the THOUGHT that he could love Kala...the man is delusional if he does!
