Well, arent the surgeries just speculation?
There is only ONE pic out there that suggests she got lip surgery and it is this one
It is stated by her spokesperson that it was just an allergy to shellfish.
And her lips do not look like that ^ on the cover so i dont know how it can be said that she looks fake. My lips have swelled up before (still dont know what it was caused by) and i wouldn't want people to automatically assume i had surgery.
