Going by Dutta's claims its been a month since he married Naku...so just a month passed since his humiliation and heart break. Obviously Dutta is bitter. He has every right to be. Naku knows that and lets him be. And if you see love cant be forced. Though Dutta is acting "in love" but speaking in all fairness not every one can reciprocate the love they get. Dutta is thinking the same is the case with him. He needs time to understand what he really feels for Naku.
As for Jaggu I dont think he means harm. He is simply having fun at Dutta expense. He's realized what type of guy is Dutta. So he is bugging him by on one hand getting his wife on his side and on the other hand giving Dutta hope that he will hlp them get out. Thats why Dutta is keeping quiet. Otherwise Dutta wud have grabbed Naku's hand and walked off with her.
