guys i think shilpa is riddhima's step sister.......look padma was cheated by riddhima's real father i think riddhima's real father got married to sumone else and shilpa is his and his wifes daughter......maybe shilpa's real father told her abt her step sister....and bla bla bla....and thts y she joined sanjeevni.......coz riddhima is der...

first i use to think the same but now m confused about it so now m just njoying shilpa as dr shilpa 😃

u may right. in my POV, ye bhi ho saktha hai. play boy Shashank ko shayad ek aur girl friend hogi. aur Shilpa unki beti hoga. unki papa ko milne wo yaha aya hogi. kyunki shilpa asked Dr.Shashank that, "aap Dr. Riddhima ka papa hai?", "Dr. Riddhima kitni lucky hai" and she stared at Dr.Shashank like "u are giving so much of love to your adopted daughter, but you left your own daughter, thats me".
