Well, i don't understand how hiding beauty will portray nakku as a liar? Because if she had to do this she could have done this earlier as well. in fact later revealing her beauty will be a reward to Dutta only, because he will by then realise that her true beauty is her caring nature and love for him.

Hi,
I see what you're trying to say. But Dutta is a reactionary, and even the average person would have a knee jerk reaction to finding out the truth -- annoyance, anger, etc.
Naku has always professed her love for him, telling him Bapa will bring her innocence to light before him. She said many a time that she did not betray him, hide something from him (this last thing here is absolutely false--she kept Supriya's truth hidden from Dutta and as a result, hurt him even more when she ran away). And it is this logic of Naku's that I have a problem with. Dutta was hurt, not only because of Naku's purported role, but that she KEPT THE TRUTH ABOUT SUPRIYA HIDDEN FROM HIM. That's why I said I hope Naku is SMART: she actually was going to let Dutta marry someone who DID NOT love him, and was running around with someone else behind his back. Is she that naive that she thought she could change Supriya's love for Ravi like she could change hers for Dutta? Supriya would have made Dutta miserable, but sometimes I daresay Naku's not all there in her head when it comes to Dutta.
For Dutta, for whom trust and confidence is a big hangup, this was a huge mistake on Naku's part, no matter how well intended it was.
So that brings her to another thing she is keeping hidden, again with the best of intentions. But again I'm worried it could backfire.
Yes, the disguise started way before Dutta even entered the scene, AND it is THIS that I hope he puts into perspective and understands. But Naku for all that it is worth, HID something big from him, her true physical identity, and on a black and white level which Dutta operates on, it is considered a lie or a betrayal. Any time you keep the truth away, granted you don't explicitly state it is something else, it is still the conscious absence of the truth, and that is lying.
Just my thought on it.
