He saved her from drowning and she drowned him in thoughts of her.
He saved her from being hit by a vehicle and she nearly hit him with his own jeep.
He saved her from the knife (sword) and she brandished a knife (paper slitter) at him.
He gave her his coat (to save her honour) and his shirt (to keep her from cold) and she drapped him in her dupatta time and time again.
He blew tenderly on her scalded finger (when she accidentally burnt it in the candle light) and she scalded his chest (when she poured hot coffee on him) and later his tongue (when she challenged him to eat mirchies at the dabbha).
He ran to rub her head when she hit it against the door and she hit his head with her chappal.
She was always the damsel in distress, with her knight always ready to save her with a shining armour.
But.....now it appears that the knight is the one who is in distress, having hopelessly fallen in love and the damsel will have to redeem him!
