Laagi Tujhe Se Lagan
This is the story of Nakusha who is beautiful but her mother wants to keep her beauty hidden from the world. This concept has also been untouched by Bollywood. It would interesting to watch Katrina Kaif as Nakusha and Akshay Kumar as Dattubhau.

Interesting choices. I agree on Akshay Kumar totally, Katrina Kaif. How do I put this, she's too much of a Barbie that even with dark makeup, her model frame and features might be a bit too much even for the filmi Dutta to overlook. 😉

Shreya- Interesting topic dear, but the role of DSP....I doubt that any other actor than Mishal can accomplish this. If there was LTL movie then I still prefer Mishal to play this role. He is doing absolutely rocking job and no one else deserves this role than him sweetie, that's my opinion. 😊

I agree with GP but I'd rather have the original leads re-enact the filmy version too. The article recommends that the remake of the other shows like 'Pratigya' and 'Agle Janam' retain their small screen counterparts so why not our very own MisHi. It would be an ideal launch in the industry given LTL's unique story.

After all Asin got her big break in Bollywood purely because she proved herself irreplaceable from the Telegu version.

I am not a fan of hindi movies any longer but hey if there is ever a movie on this concept then I will definitely watch it but only if MisHi are the leads in the movie. Akshay is a good actor but nobody is as good as Mishal. I agree with GP about Katrina. I can't really think of any other actors who will be able to justify the roles of Dutta and Nakusha.

Hi Guys,

It this topic has picked for the first time for movie,then it would have been little good to watch....Now we have seen MISHAL as DUTTA and MAHI as NAKUSHA....I dont think we can accept anybody for the same roles....coz....Both have given a lot of Justice to their characters.

Mahi is so good as Nakku..

Mishal is awesome as Dutta.

ksh ... how abt having MR and MV in that too? I don't know if any one else could portray the Dutta so well.

I was watching this interview video of MR and MV conducted by tellychakkar I guess.... and there was a fan request for MR to say "Main Dutta Shriram Patil apni patni Nakkusha se bahut pyaar karta hoon" and that too in Dutta style. And to say it in Dutta style he had to give himself few seconds to get back to Dutta mode.
