Not Kajol. Kaajal Kiran used to be a heroine in early 80s I think. she was the heroine of the film Hum kisise kam nahin with the song 'Yeh ladka hai allah kaisa hain deewana'

Dont know who Kajal Kiran is.
But i do see the resemblance between John and Dev.
