Abhi as usual knew that Simi is tensed and made her smile.
Abhi knew what Simi wanted to tell him even when she just called out his name over phone that she is asking him not to get angry at Anita. And Simi also acknowledges with a smile how well he really knew her

She is a little taken aback when Abhi mentions that Anita used to introduce her friends to him. Posessiveness again?
She smiles when Mili asks her if it was Abhi but when Mili tells her....Abhi must have told you that everything is going to be fine, Simi is surprised...Oh you know him better??
When Mili says if Abhi told you, trust him, it will be fine, Simi's look there was...Oh you are confident of him more than me.
Just my interpretation.
And in precap she is telling Anuj she is never going to allow Abhi stay at "ghar jamai". Can you imagine that means she has to FIGHT Manjuji?????
