The reports may have been meddled with or not. Though the reason for their being delivered to Dr. M house is that DM himself called up Dr. M and told her that she should get the reports at her residence and they should not come to his own residence.

Santu is hurt not only because she found that DM has one more son. But because the one who preaches on transparency between husband & wife, the one who discorded her as an unwanted baggage when she didn't reveal the raaz on Subhadra's dairy, the one who locked himself in a room for 10 long years for the reason his wife was hiding something from him, the one who had almost divorced her for not revealing the Arjan's murder raaz, the one who took oath that they will not keep any secrecy between them, is hiding such a important secret from her and deprived the kid (Vishal) his right to mahiyaavanshi parivar. She is not angry with DM, she is hurt that he went to the extent of DNA test, which he would not have done unless he is doubtful about him fathering the child. Whatever may be the thing, she will keep hurt hurt aside and will come out to clear DM's name. She might use Birwa's help this time to get the things straighten up.
