Well the story, lets see. Nakusha, her mom (Baabi), her father (Ganpat) and her brother (Sethji) all used to live in a Mumbai (I believe) slum. And Nakku was really "ugly" so everyone picked on her. And one time Baabi defended her which got her caught up with the law. One thing led to another and the corrupt police officer ended up finding out that Nakku wasn't really "ugly" - she just put color on her body to conceal her real beauty because of her mother. Basically the mother doesn't want anyone taking advantage of Nakku for her looks, like they did her OLDER sister (who's out of the picture right now). That officer wanted to marry Nakku - but really he planned on selling her after getting married to her.
When Baabi found out she and her entire family ran away from the slum and in the process they put the color back on Nakku. Which is when they ran into Dutta who beat up the officer (who is called Malmal More). Nakku saved Dutta's life when he got shot later by taking him to the hospital so now Dutta lets her and her family live at the Patil Mansion. And off course slowly but surely he is developing feelings for Nakku - he is opening up to her and confiding in her. Dutta used to love a girl in the past (Seema) but she cheated on him with a filthy pedophile Seth, all because he was richer than Dutta. So that's why Dutta came into the "underworld" business - to make money and quick.
As of today, Nakku loves him dearly but Dutta's marrying "Supriya" because his mother (Aayi Sahib) thinks that that's what Dutta wants. The girl doesn't want to marry Dutta though and she has a "boyfriend-cum-bodyguard-cum-pimp" who is trying to get her out of this marriage by winning Dutta's trust (which we all here think it POINTLESS, but that's a story for another day).
Oh and off course, there are the three step-evil-sisters who don't really hate Dutta (In my opinion) but just use him as their meal ticket. And the oldest one of them (Kalavati) is the brains in the group (and I totally adore her - just thought I should throw that out thereLOL). The other two, Leela and Roops, aren't very gifted in the "brain" department. But they seem to loathe Kalavati too. But that's it so far. Right now the story is focusing on the non-wedding of Supriya and Dutta.
Oh and off course there is Dutta's childhood friend Baji who is now Dutta's right hand man.

From April onward, all that really happened was that they focused on Dutta's marriage to Supriya and Supriya's attempts to run away with Ravi (the guy she really loved). Everytime their plan got foiled - once Kala caught them outside the mandir and the second time Nakku caught them trying to run away from Dutta's house. When Kala caught them she decided to "help them out" but really she was doing it for her own gain because she didn't want Dutta marrying someone else (that way she can have a "right" on his money otherwise Dutta's kids/family would have first rights). So it was while she was helping Supriya and Ravi escape that Nakku caught them too. Nakku was really mad at first and wanted to tell Dutta, but then she overheard Dutta's conversation with Baji and thought that Dutta would be heartbroken if he found out about the betrayal. Instead, she told Supriya that if she was really repentent and wanted to marry Dutta for real this time, that Nakku could keep this all quiet. Supriya agrees (although she had NO such intentions) and Nakku started keeping a vigilant eye on her. When Kala found out that Nakku had foiled her plan and prevented Supriya-Ravi from eloping she decided to make Nakku "pay" for what she did. So this time when she helped Supriya elope, she made sure that all the evidence pointed to Nakku as being the culprit.
On the wedding night, Supriya went out to the parlor and then eloped with Ravi on the way back (by faking her own death thanks to Kala's plan). Initially Dutta was sad but then he realized the body wasn't Supriya and got really angry. His men even caught Supriya and Ravi trying to run away, but in the nick of time the "Badi Hasti" got to them first and freed them before Dutta could get there and release his wrath. So now when Dutta came home all he had was a letter from Supriya that said that Nakku had helped her elope (putting Nakku's name down was Kala's idea) and a couple of goons who claimed that Nakku masterminded the whole thing. But since Dutta's mom had also seen those men with Nakku (part of Kala's plan) she told Dutta that and now Dutta thinks that Nakku really did betray him. While all this was going on, he was going to kill Nakku but at the last minute Babi ended up telling him and everyone that Nakku loved him and so now Dutta thinks she did all she did so that she could have Dutta to herself. Which is why he's married her and is now "torturing" her so that she understands the real meaning of being Dutta's wife.
One of Dutta's "rivals" has also been introduced in the show. His name is Anna and him and Dutta are at loggerheads in the show as of right now.
After the wedding(June 2010 by Nazia):
dutta showed his hatred towars nakku...he tortured her very badly after the marriage..not physically but mentally..infact every1 cursed her a lot..dutta accused her that she had helped sups to achieve her love..even baji cursed her..
nakku kept saying that she did not betray him but no one considered this..infact dutta tortured nakku by hurting himself..
we had a anna's entry here..anna is an old and the most dangerous enemy of dutta ,he is from hyderabad and can give a tough competition to dutta..he is back and is challenging dutta t
o defeat him ..dutta accepts the challenge and says that he will be without weapons and bodyguards from now onwards...
from the patil family kishore payed an interesting role here by encouraging nakku saying that she should be strong..and that she should find out who is behind this kaand...he said,'its only u nakku who can prove to be dutta's wife..mein tumhare saath hoon"..and much mo...
dutta makes nakku his body guard and teaches her to shoot a person,and use a gun..(this way he was torturing her)..he held two bottles in each hand and asked her to aim and shoot the bottles..bla bla..but kala intervenes (thinking that nakku might shoot dutta)and her arm is hit..and the family members try to pacify dutta saying that from now onwards he should never try to do such a thing..they said that by torturing nakku ,he is inflicting pain to himself..
..later we had a track where dutta moves out of the patil manion without informing any1 ..and later baji comes to the patil mansion and informs every1 that dutta's chopper has been crashed while he was going to HYD..here nakku speaks up optimistically saying that only the chopper has crashed and that there is no news of dutta dying ..baji searches for him in the jungle..and finds anna's man there..dutta was be abs allryt and tells baji that he had done this so that he could confront anna.....they try to enquire everything abt anna from that person..
every1 will be worried abt dutta at the mansion,esp nakku...nakku's sixth sense tells her that dutta will be back..just then dutta enter..he sees that she is concerned for him but he doesnt speak to her..gives the *mein theek hoon* wala look and moves on..after this he is a lil softened towards her..and he is blving that nakku really loves him..
ayi sahib plans to go to a mandir for the wellbeing of dutta and calls all the family members there..dutta initially refuses to go but later goes when AS convinces him..kala stops nakku from coming to the mandir......while the pandits were in the car heading towards the mandir, anna's men capture the pandits and threaten the purohit that he should do as they say..anna's men dress up as pandits and go to the mandir..and request dutta's men to give away the weapons as they cannot take it inside..and one of the pandit mixes sum shuran in dutta's water and gives it to him....just as dutta was gonna dring it,nakku comes in and stops dutta saying that these pandita are anna's men..dutta blvs her and asks the pandit to dring the churan wala water..he refuses proving that he is anna's man...
here we had a wonderful fight tween dutta baji and anna's men while nakku was around..there was a shootout and dutta behaved very protective towards nakku here..also hugged her tight to protect her from being shot..just then nakku faints as she was very much pressurized..
they all are back at the mansion and dutta has realized that anything would have happ. if nakku had not come at the ryt tym..he was v. much thankful to nakku.. kishore intervenes here and tells him that a girl like nakku cannot do such a thing(helping sups elope)he also said that nakku aisi nahin hai jaise hum samajhrahe hai..us ne app ki help ki..us ke peeche us ki koi saazish nahin..agar woh paisa chahti thi to sab ko marne deti.. bla bla...dutta was moved by this goes to nakku after realizing that nakku must not have done anything..he is feeling bad for having blamed nakku..and tells her..pata nahin tumhara maqsad kya hai but im thankful to u for saving my family.....nakku tells him that she had no maqsad infact she never tried to get his love...
now he is convinced that nakku was wronged..he knws that she loves him and also is blving that she has no bad intentions..hence he decided to free her from the prison(shadi ka bandhan)..nakku is leaving the mansion now and dutta is feeling regretted,guilty, sorry, sad ,thankful and is repenting all that he did..he is feeling bad that nakku considered their relation as love while he thought is was frndship..
