Hello everyone ,
Friday's episode was OK, I can say that because not that many people voted and a lot of them did post saying that they did not find any Stars in the show ..
Anyway the nominees were ....Archana, Manav , Satish and Jaywant ( the new manager ) .
The winner and the runner up are ....
Runner Up :
Satish .
He is a great guy and he is very sensible . We all love him for the way he has taken care of his wife but yesterday he got votes for being there for his sister in law . Apparantly he put in a good word for Archana and when Archana was in a difficult situation after finding out about Manav , he kept his cool .He explained to her the whole situation and talked to her in a practical and reasonable manner .
He even offered to help her get another job.
God bless this guy ... Varsha is lucky to have him and Archana is lucky to have a brother in law like him looking after her .
Winner :

The main reason why she won the votes was that she immediately realised that she cannot work in the same company as Manav . She does not wants the emotional baggage that will come along with this job .
She was delighted to see him, disturbed to see him getting insulted . Helped him yet again with his leave application . She spoke to Satish that she will resign from the job as soon as her replacement is found ....
She kept her cool in front of the manager when Manav came in her office and was behaving in a very dignified and composed manner in her office , at least in front of the manager ...
No wonder Manav was shocked to see Archana in this manner ....
She only won with one vote from satish ..
Hope today's episode is more interesting and it gets people voting again ....
