The KS clan rowdies adjourn to A.Malai household. In fact Sara
and karthik go first - Muthu as usual delays his sojourn. The rowdies
knock at the door, make a big drama and of course it is Tamizh
who lets them in. And of course the sons scream without mentioning
"KS is in the hospital". Karthik shouts at A.Malai and of course has
to manhandle. Every one shouts...finally Muthu arrives and contains
his brothers. Sees Tamizh and is surprised - " You know my mother !!
How can you hurt her like this??" Tamizh says that it is his mother
who irked them. Muthu says that if A.Malai is not interested in the
alliance he could have politely refused. A.Malai clan does a TJP
saying that KK came uninvited - " for a traitor like your dad...
we were very polite.." Of course no one spells out the exact reason.
Ore "pipe under "fight happens. There is a big crowd outside, the police arrives on cue ..to cut a long story short, the rowdies are taken to kambi counting. Meena does a solo RKO - "panam kaasu illattalum, manathOda irunthOm, ipdi rowdies mathiri vanthu sent our left over maanam in the kappal !!! " The daughters as usual comfort mommy.
Hospital - KS arrives and finally learns that KK is serious. Pazhani briefs him - "anni A.Malai veetu kku .....got insulted...... nenju vali....our rowdies made a galatta.....kambi counting..." KS asks darling bro to hold forte in the hospital.. goes to see his azaghu sons. The sons are not ashamed "ungalai pathi dhrogi apdi ipdi nnu pesaraan antha aal, how can we keep quiet?" KS says that he is happy that his sons are "united" in saving the family honor. Sara says that A.Malai called his dad a dhrogi "now ,spill, why so??" KS says that all that is pazhaiya story "but I am not at fault.."

Sara and his brothers in the lockup - KS has come to see them. Sara says they know how great a person their dad is, and how could a family call him dhrogi? This was what made their blood boil, and wants to know what happened. KS says it happened a long time back, but he didn't do anything and will tell them at the appropriate time. He says that KK is worrying about them, Sara says to tell her not to worry. KS tells the officer in charge that his sons are good guys and explains that his sons are good guys. The officer says that the offenses are all non-bailable, but since he hasn't yet filed an FIR, he will give KS one hour's time to contact Tamilarasi and get her to withdraw the case. KS hurries to her house.
Tamil is busy praying. Her whole family is speculating on the reason, she is praying that KK should get well quickly, Meena gets angry that she is praying for KK. Eka comes in and says that he has heard about it all, AM says not to talk about it. Tamil gets ready to leave, Eka tells her not to worry about anything, Meena goes outside to check for sagunam and says All Okay. Just then, KS arrives, Tamil asks him to leave, AM is about to throw him out, KS begs for understanding on their part, Meena raves, Eka adds fuel to the fire, KS pleads with Tamil, she refuses to withdraw her complaint and leaves, AM yells at him, so KS leaves, heartbroken.
KS returns to the hospital, Paati and thambi want to know if the sons have been released, he is downcast. He tells them that he couldn't get them out because Tamilselvi refused to withdraw the case and rejects the vibhuti offered by his niece. The nurse says two people can go and see KK, he doesn't want to go because she went to AM's house against his wishes, got insulted and is now here, he went to Tamil's house and she also refused to believe his innocence. Paati explains that KK went to solve the problems, he should calm himself, and she goes in with Meena.. Meena applies vibhuti to KK, Paati weeps and KS weeps from outside, mothathile everyone weeps! The camera freezes on KK's face.

Update for Wednesday, July 14, 2010:
Prema is cutting vendakkai - at the rate at which she is cutting, it will be two days before I can make a sambar. Janaki comes in with flowers, explains that KK is in the hospital and her three sons in jail and KS is shuttling between the hospital and the police station. Prema thinks this merits a poomalai, Janaki says that she will get the malai when they have more problems, then she adds that Prema will do it even if the gods don't and then she brings all the flowers and arranges them in Prema's hair, saying that she has more faith in Prema. Prema is thinking and assures her mother that her belief will not be in vain.
Tamil and Kavitha in the financier's office - his assistant calls Ashok and updates him, Ashok tells him to keep him posted as to why they are there, and is thinking that this finance company is their rival, why is Tamil there? Tamil goes inside, sees the financier, realizes that this is their rival company and walks out, telling Kavitha that they should go elsewhere. The owner says that he has the money ready and tells Tamil that he is happy she is coming to him for finance, her father is his role model and gives her the cash. Tamil and Kavitha are happy, she asks about the interest and documentation, he says that she need not pay interest, she need not even repay the principal, she just needs to do two things for him. His sweets company is not doing well, she must give the formula for the special sweets in Annamalai Sweets Company, and she must join Annamalai Sweets Company. Tamil gets angry, refuses the money, says she is not for sale, and leaves. She tells Kavitha not to talk about this, as she is worried what will happen if Ashok comes to know about this.
Ashok is pacing in his office. His phone rings, it is his secretary saying that Tamil has arrived. He asks her why she is late, did she go to Swastik finance? She hesitates, he asks why she hid this matter from him, she asks him to forgive her and starts to say that once she knew it was their rival company, she ..., but he does not listen to her, and asks his assistant to bring something. The man brings a suitcase, he shows it to Tamil, it has Rs. 50 lakhs, he tells her that he appreciates her honesty and loyalty to her company, even he may not have been this loyal had he been in her place. He says he has finally understood why his father used to praise her so much. She is overcome with gratitude when he tells her to take the cash and get their house back.
Sada wants to know why Meena didn't call him earlier and wants to do something to KS's family. AM tells him that the sons being in jail is punishment enough. Sada says he has to do something or the other to them ....

Thamizh assures tht Ashok is now a changed man & he gave tht money whole heartedly .. Further tells AM to bring lawyer to settu's home .. AM gets ready to leave .. Sada offers to escort the huge amount .. AM refuses & tells him to stay back .. Sada problem avarukku 😆 , he is not happy abt it .. Fears tht AM might refuse to get him married to Kavitha , if they regain their social status .. But pretends to be goody goody to his sister & shares a villaneous look to us viewers ..

Thamizh , AM & lawyer in Settu's home .. AM bandhava asks for his house doc .. Settu tells him tht his son Naresh , took over his business .. And asks them to deal with him .. Naresh asks for 1 crore .. AM argues with him .. Naresh is adamant tht he needs 1 crore to return the house doc .. AM yells at him , says , i won't even give a penny more than this .. Thamizh says she deal with settu legally & forces him to take back the money .. Ashok tells her to take over AM sweet stall .. His mom intervenes , yells at him for alli iraiching hard earned money .. Ashok says his dad wanted to give AM sweet stall to Thamzih .. And he'll rest in peace , if he fulfills his wish .. Mommy says no shanthi , no bhoonthi 😆 .. Yells at thamizh , with innocent face , u mesmerized my hubby .. now r u trying to do the same with my son too ?? Scene opens with verbal war between A Malai & Ashok's mom. Ashok intervenes to bring truce , then offers A M Sweet stall back to Tamizh's family. Mom frets & fumes while Thamizh refuses the offer citing self respect going for a toss. Once they leave Ashok's mom voices her displeasure over Ashok's changed attitude. Ashok dons Lord Krishna's cap doling out upadesham to mom...."PaNathai vachundu enna paNNap porom. Naam varumbodhu aedayum kondu varalai , pogum podhum aedayum kondu pogap povadhillai. PaNathirkaka nalla manadhirgalai izhakkak koodadhu." Perplexed mom fully convinced now that screw has gone loose on Ashok's head & needs to see a Mandrikan to tighten it. Slow transformation happens on Asok's face , small smile changes to a villainous laugh, pats own back for the excellent acting. Tells mom staging this nallavan drama is essential to retain Tamizh as his competitors in business are waiting like hawk to grab her for a higher fee. Further informs that he was instrumental in sabotaging the house deal...gave the ingenious idea to the shetji. Mummy darling beams..Aha enna thavam seidanan ippadi oru maganai pera.
Crestfallen AM & Thamizh return home & reveal shetji's betrayal. All upset except auto mama.. Srima thanked her stars as there was no RKO as expected. For once Meena gave a sane suggestion...No more going after the property. Enough is enough , if we are destined the house will come back to us at the appropriate time. Kidaicha gapla doesn't forget to dole out couple of archanais to KS, supposed to be the sole creator of their problem. Now mummy is reconciled while the daughter gets new vigour. Worried KS pacing the hospital corridor...gets a discouraging message from the doctor...sudden deterioration in KK's condition...pulse dropping. Shattered KS thalayil kai vachundu sitting. Camera gets to play the major role in this segment. First focuses on bare feet entering the hospital [ punnaku suspense ..namma periyavar KS' father coming in], goes to ICU section, camera slowly goes upward showing periyavar's full form [patience , patience srima ]. Periyavar watches son's pitiable condition with moist eyes...goes near Lord Ganesha's idol placed there... camera dances from Ganesha's figure to periyavar's ear , then to eye then eyes , hand , hands , his stick , coconut shell [grrrrrrr ], this drama goes on for couple of times , srima's patience hits the roof. Finally the old man bangs his stick on the ground, a flower falls from the idol , KK opens her eyes, a medical miracle has happened.
KS sees periyavar walking towards the door , wonders if he is instrumental behind this medical miracle. Priyavar politely replies ellam Avan seyal , am just a tool implementing His order. .KS blames periyavar for all their present miseries. His suggestion of seeking alliance of 3 sisters to his sons has proved bane rather than a boon. Periyavar having unshakable faith in his prophesy maintains that things will happen according to his prediction , advices KS to have faith in Almighty, walks away saying " NambinOr kai vidappadar" .
