Hey Guyz I need your help please

Iam watching Dil Mil gaye after a very long break. I didnt watch it when Dr.Riddhima's role was played by Jennifer and Sukriti. I want to know what happened between Armaan and Ridhima. Why Dr. Sashank didn't want Armaan and Ridhima to get married? Why did they split ? What forced Riddhima to marry Sid? What happened to Sid's girlfriend? Could some one tell this story in short please ? I want to know what happened

sid is gf bhaag gayi aur dmg ki waat lag gayi

shanky doesnot want armaan riddhiam to marry becos he doesnot find armaan suitable for riddhima but AR goes on hunger strike
so shanky has to say yes to their marriage then armaan riddhima get engaged
then shootout happnes in which bullet hits riddhima in spine and she falls on armaan and armaan falls on glass table
then they r taken to OT
then next day new interns come
sid falls for tammana
tamman is going to get married to someone
she then leaves to canada wid her fiancee she goes and riddhima comes
riddhima comes and slaps sid 3 times
then their hate story starts
riddhima is told by shanky that armaan left her becos she was paralysed
afetr soem days riddhima gets to know that armaan left becos eh suffered from partial memory loss
then riddhima gos mad at her dad and goes to panchghani to find armaan
shanky tells sid to go wid riddhima
then riddhima finds armaan and faints armaan writes a letter to riddhima to forget him
then she wakes up reads teh letter then suffers from hypothermia
sid has to give his body heat to her to save her
then in morning sid tells her wat happened riddhiam goes mad at sid for raping her
then she goes back to sanjeevani and shouts in sanjeevani that sid raped her
tehn dr.kirti does soem medical test of riddhiam it is proved that sid didnot do anything
but riddhima ki badnaami ho chuki thi to sid riddhima ki shaadi ho gayi
then armaan returns for riddhima but riddhiam chooses to stay wid sid tehn shilpa comes for armaan

shanky didnt wanted AR to marry cz he thought arman is awaara..

arman n riddhima were like died n then arman went away n ridz married sid n sid's gf wz married wid another guy.
