Well...Well Of course in Kekkta Land Everything is pOssible....Archana ,who hadn't even compeleted Matriculation not only gets a job with some 'short-1 yr's' training But also Lands up being the Superviser with Her Private Cabin,peon n What not What Crash Course did the lady Einstein Do😆 to surpass all other ladies who were already working for Years in the Office when Archu was Busy giving daily doses of Pre-natal Medications to Shravni n making rounds of Chaai for everyone in the Desmukh household..huh😲??????????????? 2ndly such Sttttttttttttttttrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrong is their Pavitra Rishta but it seemed Very Weird that such a 'dedicated' wife could not recognize her Hubby's Voice????????????She might not have known that It Is Manav but any woman would've turned back immediately after hearing such a 'familiar' voice but Madam_Archana looked So coooooooooooooool even though She thinks of Her-Manav all the time?!😵

She's divorced and hasnt seen him for a yr now...she's not his wife anymore.

Dont know why she didnt recognise him...even in the bus stand she didnt recognise his voice nor did he recognise her back....conveniently forgotten...or may be simply it was a coincidence.

She got the job on Dharmesh recommendation.

I hope the Company does an Audit/Checking to see into if Wrong people with less Qualifications are being set into big posts in the Company....even if Dharmesh is the Owner,whatever is not right is wrong..!! The most deserving candidate should get the job.....

Rumii,I understand...only yday we were all making fun of Archu's educational qualifications.

Seriously,thr is no logic left in PR .

I guess its Dharmesh's owned company ..so no one will audit and he must hav thot Archu capable enuf to hav tht post.

Yeah even i felt the same.. kya 1 saal mein hi supervisor.. and wat work she does ...god knows..i felt their meeting scene was too filmy .. i mean in films hero becomes crorepati in 1 song.. here in one episode.. ek saal mein itna kuch badal jata hai kya...totally illogical!

Rumii, I feel the same. Mannn!!!! I shud do that course. Even after doing Ph.D. I didn't get a cabin like that.

Does anyone know if the director was changed or something, before the direction used to be good and they didn't make these sort of mistakes. Or it could be owing to last minute changes to script and storyline, everyone is overworked, they don't have as much time to do re-takes of a scene. Well about Archana becoming a supervisor, is partly due to her connections and partly creative's liberty at work. Al tleast they were sensible enough to show that she got position cause she is working for Dharmesh. Becharey creatives ko kitni gaaliyan denge hum. They are drained.

I am very happy that she is a big supervisor . The above track of Manav and Shravan iwas much more stupid than Archana getting this job on the recommendation of her brother in law ..

She has the right attitude and will do a great job . I am just a little woriied about this Manav connection . I want her to make full use of this oppurtunity and make lots of money ..

I think the writers are directors have been changed .It's all a lot more filmi now .

I would like to know the answer to that question. Post-leap is complete insanity. The tracks to cover up the disaster (divorce) are wishy-washy. Makes no sense and the goof-ups will continue as there is hastening speed to retain whatever viewership remains.
