I started wearing eyeliner when i was like 11 or 12 or something 😆
But i did not wear it all the time...thats just when i started to try it :)

I started doing my eyebrows when i was in 9th grade (i was 14)
And i still only wear eyeliner, mascara, and at times eye shadow :)

I occasionally wear blush (16?) but i dont need that either because my cheeks are always turning pink -_-
especially when im embarrassed haha


I do not like foundation at all! I don't need it either so im better off without it.
I do like powder foundation though! Feels soft on my skin---but once again i do not wear it (i only tried it at a make-up store)



To answer your question, one can start to wear make-up whenever they want. But the key is to wear it in moderation. It has to look natural not overdone & cakey.

the best age is when the girl is out baiting guys.. and young.. so I would say 16-30. After 30 stop doing makeup and use botox...(kidding) women look good as long as they want to stay beautiful...
