On Kristen Stewart's recent visit to Australia to promote the latest film in the Twilight series, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, she was slammed by the press for 'flipping the bird' to some persistent paparazzi.

Take 40 spoke to Kristen in LA recently and she told us she was only rude to the paps because they were "annoying"!

Here's here explanation:

"You know the paparazzi pictures looked crazy, I was like flipping off the camera-men that's why I looked crazy, whatever..." Kristen told take40.com's LA reporter. "But like it was the guys behind the camera... they were annoying."

Well there you have it. The paparazzi were 'annoying'. Truly shocking sentiments.

How is that shocking???
People she is a twenty year old for god sakes. The least we can do is give her space. From being all way at the bottom of the chain and then being at the top is not fun.
If it was any of us we would of done the same.

But for some reason this article doesn't seem like Kristen talking.
