I've read through the pages and i've come to see a lot of indirect remarks and aruging.

The DT had encourged this many time and i will repeat it again. Please do not take issues into your own hands, simply report it and ignore the topic.. If you reply, it will bring more heat to the topic and may also get you in trouble.
