In the precap we see Shilpa crying as Armaan tells her of the patient. I don't know whether its a prank or something serious.. But either way.. its something which eventually will bring them to a different understanding maybe not yet but soon. I like the fact we get to see medical stuff now and icing on the cake its with them. Because I remember how much it effected her as Riddhima when Shilpa played.. - and now as Dr Shilpa. She gets effected alot when it comes to her patients.

I'm hoping even if tomowrow is a prank by Armaan. its quite serious coz he's talking about a patient to Shilpa. And seeing her upset, I hope he feels bad in seeing that.

fantastic topic n i think armaan is playing a prank on shilpa just to scare her as he would habve thought to take revenge too but i bet wen he wil see shilpa's tears he wil regret n then i think wil try to apologise too but then shilpa wil not forgive but yah in this prank armaan wil somewhere feel bad

Either way ArSh will come close bcz if its a prank thn when Armaan will see her upset and crying he will console her and again if its serious case he will support her
