Instead of Uttaran...

Hi, Salams, Peace,

Since this is a nice community and we keep missing our friends when we leave, I thought I ask our ex members to post a few daily thoughts about their goals and what they are doing instead of watching Uttaran 😃

So, people, jot away... 😆

Today I've been very busy. I have been 'successfully', un-interested in Uttaran.

I had an old sofa which covers had been worn down, so I thought I'd sew some new covers on. I got some really good second hand curtains, the material was very lovely, it had floral patterns on. I bought it from a car boot sale very cheap, and I have done all the measurements and spent today cutting out. the seats. I have taken out the zip from the old cover to use on the newer material.

Also I have been busy teaching my children how to cook and they loved it, (except the cleaning part).


I call this a successful day. 👍🏼

Nice topic Sameera, i have been very busy the whole day at work...But very satisfied at the end of the day..had a good meal just now...and watching my messages left for me on my Pm n scrap book...gg thro topics which r appealing n interesting...ur post is both appealing n intertesting...i am on call the whole weekend....so u have a gr8 weekend...I shall hopefully have a quiet n safe weekend at work...fingers crossed.....

Since it's the weekend I'm giving my kids a treat for doing all the hard work and clearing up their mess, if you have time to relax, do watch this classic 1967 movie (for family viewing), it's about 2hr 30 min... so it will end, unlike Uttaran which seems to carry on and on forever. 😃

Looks like you've been busy too, with cooking & cleaning etc. Don't mind the gossip, make sure your kids are brought up in a nice way with good manners.

I do not tolerate my kids quarreling. I always explain to them to create beautiful memories for their own future.

Teach them not to fight and to always love one another.
