Maan was really too harsh this time and also worse because he blamed Geet for lying ......
I think the more he is drawn to her , the more he punishes her and himself by being harsh....and tries to cover up for being so helplessly drawn to Geet , losing all his hosh that he is so proud of....
also, I think somewhere deep in his heart he doesnt like Geet to goof up in front of everyone , she is so much his own by now - whether he admits it or not - that he ends up getting all worked up
