Ashish is with Ruchika in bed and he asks her what she is thinking. She says that the whole incident in the boardroom was upsetting. She's never seen Rohan and Isha in such a way. Ahsish says it will all be fine soon. Ruchika says that once this is over she wants Rohan and Isha to know about their relationship. Ashish says he doesn't feel right about revealing their relationship since he's been in the company for only a short time. Ruchika says Rohan, Isha and Huzaifa are like family to her and she doesn't like hiding anything from Isha. Ashish says when the time is right they can tell them, it's not like they're getting married. Ruchika reluctantly relents.
Next morning Isha keeps trying Rohan's phone but he doesn't pick up. Her father comes in and she asks him if he is all packed. Her father asks Isha why she looks upset. Isha says that they fought and Rohan maybe still upset. He father tells her honestly he doesn't know how they are still together for so long. Isha smiles then asks her father if he's ready since Naina will be here soon. He says it's okay. She will come and yell and say to never travel with men. Isha's father asks Isha to come but Isha says that Naina will push him off the cliff. Naina comes and yells at him and when he leaves to finish packing she says exactly what Isha's father said she would.
Rohan arrives at work and Vidhu calls him to go over the contract. He tells him they can meet in the afternoon. Rohan goes to Huzaifa's office. Huzaifa says to put the past behind them and wants to talk about another investor. Rohan says he got an offer from India Marriages for himself, and tells Huzaifa he is leaving. Huzaifa asks Rohan if he has told Isha and Rohan tells him he will tell her today. Huzaifa doesn't know what to say and asks Rohan to leave because he can't give his boss permission to leave.
When Rohan is in his office, Dhruv calls him to ask him if they can meet for lunch. Dhruv tells him that he wants to show him something. Rohan agrees to meet at two and after he hangs up Isha comes to the office. She asks him why he didn't answer her calls. He says because he didn't feel like it. Isha says she knows he is angry, and that yesterday in her anger she said some things she shouldn't have said. She tells him, she knew he wanted the deal and felt like everyone had turned against him. She apologizes and asks if they can forget it all and move past it. Rohan says he wants to tell her something but they're interrupted by a Sally who announces that they have a client.
Rohan says they will talk after the meeting and Isha leaves to set down her things in her office. In the conference room Deepak and Sanwari have set a court date for their marriage. They want Rohan and Isha to be their witness. Sanwari says it's because Deepak is lazy and Deepak says instead of spending money on a big money they can give it to charity. Isha agrees and Rohan quietly nods, and Sanwari and Deepak leave to shop for the wedding after giving the appointment time for the court.
Meanwhile Ashish is in the break room and Ruchika joins him. Ashish tells her to keep the mischief to a minimum as someone will see them. Ruchika asks Ashish why he is so boring, and tells him tonight she will also show him that she is boring. Isha walks in and Ashish pulls away from Ruchika. Ruchika makes small talk then leaves.
Ashish asks Isha why she is looking so upset and asks whether Rohan said something. Isha says it is better if he would but he's been silent. Ashish tells Isha to leave Rohan alone and he will be fine. Isha asks him why he didn't reply to her text yesterday about them going for a drive. Ashish lies and says he went to bed early, but they can go today.
Dhruv takes Rohan out to show him the property where he wants to open his Yoga and fitness center. He tells Rohan that he's going to partner with Mansi. Rohan says it is not a good idea and Dhruv tells him to be positive and then mentions that Rohan and Isha were friends before they became business partners. Mansi joins them and asks whether Rohan likes the place. Dhruv tells Mansi to meet the interior designer and Rohan offers to drop her over since it's hot.
Isha meets Huzaifa at his cabin and wonders why he looks so ill at ease. Huzaifa asks her whether she has talked to Rohan. Isha says that Rohan is still upset. She asks if Huzaifa is well and he lies saying that he's just a bit under the weather and he will be well soon.
Ashish and Ruchika are making out in the back stairwell of the building and Ruchika asks Ashish why the sudden change of behavior. He says because she threatened him earlier about his boringness. Ruchika again brings the topic of telling someone but Ashish distracts her and tells her they've already discussed the matter.
While Rohan is driving Mansi she asks him how Ruchika is doing then voices concern about her and Dhruv going into the business deal. She tells him not to mention it but she is unsure if whether later on this would spoil their relationship. Rohan says he understands but tells her to talk to Dhruv. Mansi is unsure.
Ruchika is in an elevator with a stranger, and since she is dying to tell her secret to someone she tells it to the stranger. She tells him about the affair that she has been having for three weeks and how she can't tell her friends. The stranger just gives her weird looks while she blurts out her secret affair.
Back at the office Rohan gets a call from Vidhu and he tells him to send the contract to the office. He waits for Isha in her office and tells her he wants to talk to her. He tells her about the India Marriages offer and that he has been offered a partnership. He tells her that he has decided to accept the offer. Isha gets very upset and asks him if he's really planning on leaving Rishta and then yells at him telling him that if he wants to leave he can leave. She tells him to leave because she is upset.
Later she runs into Huzaifa, and she asks him if he knew. She asks him whether he tried to convince him or not. Huzaifa says he tried but Rohan is acting like a child. He tells Isha to talk to him, but Isha says she's going home early and doesn't want to talk to him.
While driving home and thinking about it all, Isha becomes emotional. She stops the car and overwhelmed, begins to cry. In the evening, Sally drops of the contract that comes for Rohan from India Marriages.
Isha at home is still emotional and can't seem to stop crying. Ashish calls her and she tells him that Rohan is leaving Rishta. She breaks down on the phone again and Ashish decides to come over even though Isha refuses.
Ruchika spots him in the parking lot and he tries to brush her off which ends up making her upset even though Ashish apologizes to her later.
Rohan and Dhruv are at dinner with Mansi. Dhruv asks Rohan if he's sure if he wants to leave Rishta.com since he's going backwards business wise. He asks Rohan if that's the reason he was talking like that earlier in regards to their earlier conversation. Rohan doesn't understand but Dhruv indicates towards Mansi. Rohan says that things have changed at work and he's not been happy for a while now. Dhruv tells him to talk to Isha as a friend not as a business partner. Rohan says Isha's mind is elsewhere, and he doesn't know if she has a boyfriend. Dhruv tells him that he always runs away from things he doesn't like. He has to talk to Isha. Mansi is contemplative. Rohan leaves before he gets lectured anymore. After he leave Mansi tells Dhruv that they have to talk.
Isha is crying at home and Ashish visits her. She tells him thanks for coming. He says that first she told him not to come, and now she's thanking him. Isha says she can't believe Rohan is leaving. She's been with Rohan since college, for ten years. Ashish tells Isha that she will be fine. He pulls her in his embrace than in the process of comforting her, tries to kiss her. Rohan's phone call interrupts them.
Rohan asks Isha what she's doing and that he's waiting underneath her building and would like to talk to her. Isha says she's not busy but they can meet elsewhere. Rohan sees Ashish's car parked and drops the idea and tells her that they will talk at the office. After Rohan hangs up, Isha tells Ashish to leave.
In the office next morning Ruchika tells Rohan that he can't leave. He tells her that since she told him, then he can't leave. Ruchika asks him if he's serious. He replies no then walks away.
In the conference room while a client is talking to Isha she is distracted by her thoughts. Since she can't concentrate, she apologizes to the client and tells him that she has some important matters to take care of.
She walks into Rohan and both stare at each other for a little while before they pass by each other. Before both can leave, their client Sanwari calls and asks them to come to the court soon as they are late. Isha says that she and Rohan will be right there.
At the court the attendant overseeing the marriage asks them where their witnesses are. Rohan and Isha rush in and apologize. The attendant says they made it just in time. He asks them if there are any final words before they sign the certificate. Isha says she would like to say a few words. Isha describes her feelings in her words to Deepak and Sanwari telling them that this alliance that they have formed, a partnership is a beautiful thing because they are meant to be together. She says that their common dreams and achievements have joined them together and brought them to this point. She says that in this relationship there will be fights, and disagreements and things that they won't see eye to eye, but in the end they have each other and have to realize that in their partnership lies their strength.
First Deepak and Sanwari sign the document then Rohan and Isha go together to sign the document bumping into each other. Rohan allows Isha to go ahead. After the formalities are fulfilled, both congratulate the couple and Isha compliments Deepak on his beard. Rohan says that the less they see of him is the better. They joke and after the couple leaves Isha looks at Rohan and asks why he wanted to see her yesterday. Ashish calls and Isha tells Ashish she will call him later. Rohan says he wanted to talk to her, but she was busy. Isha tells Rohan not to go. She repeats herself pleading for him not to go. Rohan tells her he has a meeting to attend to, and both go in different directions.

Isha asks if Rohan is coming. Huzaifa says his severance file is ready. Vidhu asks Rohan to choose his pick of cars. Ashish tells Huzaifa that they should hang out since now they are the only boys in the office. Rohan plays with his name place. Isha tells Ruchika that she likes Ashish who in turn tells Huzaifa, also admitting to the fact that she and Ashish are dating.
