Chalhov, in Mumbai it is Baarish and hot Butthaas - makka bbq'd on coal, slightly burnt, with lemon, salt and red chilli powderrubbed in. Not bbq'd at home but from the rekdiwala at Shivaji Park, Chowpatty or Worli Sea Face! Only a mumbaiite would understand. That and Shingadas or Shingodas (depending on the neighborhood) - Indian chestnuts!
