Will The Evil Cop Still Have The Tape?

Hi Everyone,
Remember the 5th goon, the evil cop. Do you think he still has the tape?
He is the only one whom we do not know about. We saw 3 of the villains yesterday. The bald headed one was in jail. This evil cop seems to be missing.
Do you think when Keshav finds him, he will get the tape?
