This person was hilarious in 3 idiots, he plays the librarian who writes the script for chatur's hindi speech
it all depends what scope u give an actor and what script..same actor..loved in 3 idiots/well done, abba, lots of sudir mishra movies/don and here:no expression..anyways he is a soft hearted guy in uttaran who never knows what to do as he hates fights.
