Remember Shilpa Anand who originally played Riddhima in Dill Mill Gayye is now back in the serial and ever since Karan Singh Grover is told about this he is very happy.
Last time when she left the show he was the one to have stated that he would miss her a lot so obviously when she's back he has all the reasons to rejoice with old friend. Even though the two were not working together they have been in touch with each other regularly. In the serial Shilpa will return as an intern and will be reporting to Dr. Armaan and soon they will be romantically involved onscreen.
