Article-Ranveer's first award

Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai won an amazing six awards at the Star Parivaar Awards. Ranveer Rajvansh won one of those, his first ever SPA award, as Best Bhai. We spoke to Ranveer about his win:

Did you expect to win?

The award came as a big surprise. I had thought about it but never really expected to win. I realized that the love of fans and their support is the biggest award.

What did all your co-actors say to you?

Everyone were happy that I finally got recognition. On the sets we had a small celebration!

Which of old characters from SPA came up to congratulate you?

At the awards ceremony? Everyone, right from Tulsiji to Karan appreciated my work and they love our Rajvansh family which I think is great.

What you would like to say to your loyal fans?

Guys, it's because of you that I am getting the chance to flourish.

What was you parents' reaction?

Every mom and dad will be happy to see their son's success and I am happy that I had made their day.

The SPA event was graced by the iconic faces of Star like Tulsi ,Mihir, Karan Virani, Sujal, Prerna Om-Parvati, Komolika and Rishi. The Bollywood brigade also made their presence felt and made the evening even more glamorous with Shilpa Shetty and Mallaika Arora Khan. If all of this were not enough the Badshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan also made an entry for a very special purpose...
