My question to all of you in US or Canada: How many of your still dance to holiday by madonna, thriller by MJ, staying alive by Beejees. This are similar dance type songs which are still rocking after 20 plus years later. Public taste is changing. 30-40 years ago there was not much of a club scene. As long as club scene is living large HR music is going to survive. There are lot of high beat songs made before HR song but none of them as popular as this one he won filmfare award for. So guys just take what is out there who has seen 30-40 years from now. Present is living

Yes agreed taht his songs are going hit now but how long people will remember those songs? Only few months. There were lot of music director who gave hit songs but there are few whose songs are still in our mind may be even after 20-30 years. His songs does not touch our soul.
