Its high time. I really need to quit.

No I'm not talking about the show at all. I'm talking about this forum. I know most of you won't care whether I'm there in this forum or not but for my own sake I have to make this post. I visited India-Forums today, checked out DMG and ZND forums and they I thought, " Do I really want to visit MJHT foum?" Answer was "No". The reason is very obvious. The kind of negativity I've seen creeping in this forum in the past one week has left me totally awestruck. I wouldn't say DMG and ZND forum don't have negativity. They do. But there, the negativity was present from the very starting so it wasn't a big deal for me. The reason why MJHT forum made me so proud and happy was because even frustration was taken out positively. People downright hated the political and the baby track but there was positive criticism not bashing. I know what most of you here are feeling, but there is a better way to criticise. Nothing can be an excuse for bashing other actors for Rati's exit when its not even their fault.
Personally, I'm first an MJHT fan and then a Rati fan so I thought of giving the show a chance. Believe me people this track has interested me more than any other track in the past 6 months. But of course to enjoy this, I had to think beyond my beloved Nupur. Rati played Nupur beautifully and made her come to life but I've not forgotten that the CVs we all are bashing today are the ones who actually created Nupur.
Frankly speaking, MJHT was nothing too extraordinary for me when it started. Compared to the other shows I watched, it was rather slow and dragging. But slowly and slowly, the show picked up pace and went on to become my all-time favourite serial.
Season 2, again, the new characters did not impress me in the first go at all, just like Season 1. But I gave Mayank, Nupur, Gunjan and Samrat time and started loving them.
Ash- I like her and there's some mystery inside her I want to find out.
Rohan- He's kind of a complicated character and I have no idea what he wants in life.
Ria- Again, a very OK character but the actor needs to work. You'll be surprised to know but items like her do exist in DU.
Nirbhay- As mentioned in the TB article, I see a slight shade of Mayank in him but the actor needs to work a lot. Meer Ali is nowhere near Arjun as far as acting is concerned. But I'm hoping to see him improve.
I've not given the new characters as much time as I would've liked before posting my analysis.
Anyway, coming back to the point. I was shocked to actually see people wishing ill for MJHT.
Shutting the serial- Its the CVs decision. None of our business. The show is their baby and we can only quit the show at our own level if we have such a big problem. We have no right to tell them to shut it down.
High TRPs- Whatever the reason for the 0.5 TVR (which by the way is rather decent for a STAR One show), I was amazed, literally shocked, to see the success of Season 2 pinch you all so much! You don't wish well for the show, fine. But wishing ill for it? What a huge difference there is between Rati and her fans! Don't forget you're wishing ill for the show which made Rati an overnight star. Rati has obviously not forgotten that.
I know the high TRPs may be because the viewers wanted to see Rati one last time and it may surely dip in the coming weeks but for you all to WISH so. Amazing! I'm a person who no matter how much she hates another person but can't wish ill for them. And I don't want to be among people who do so.

its none of my business to tell u to stay here if u wish to leave .. I wud rather u leave than become a part of the mess thats going around here these days .. a mess that can NEVER b resolved..no matter what .. it has no beginning and no end..and once u enter it, thers no way u can b out of it ..

but u are right.. this forum is going from bad to worse..to worst ..and after that IF thers another superlative available then even that .. and it will go on ..

in between our love for our fav actors..v walk over human emotions and become monsters in our actions ..

its better to leave the forum silently and retain the humanity within u ..

i dont know but they have 2 respect rati they shouldnt bad mouth her after all she hard worked for 2 yrs and the viewers r vry attached to nupur mostly than others so they shouldnt do this they cheated us in polls the charm of the show is gone wat they going to do???? i think they show will b over within a month!!!

i think its dumb to ask them to shut the show down.....but its okay to quit the show in hopes of something good coming out of it

its fine for us to boycott it but its foolish to actually tell the writers/producers up front to end their show......first of all its their decision to continue or not.......and second theyre not going to listen anyways....i guess i only care what happens now because mayank is still there and i cant bear to see him lonely without nupur....and i dont want him with anyone else either

i dont watch the show anymore but i wouldve rather had them show that she went abroad instead of killing her....it at least leaves you with some sort of satisfaction that there was a happy end to the character......naina

and i agree with you, everyone is bashing each other left and right, which is very sad to see......though its only a couple of people who start such fights by being insensitive and then many others join in.......why is this a war zone......be an MJHTian!.....you can be a SAJANian and MAYURian too but if you don't like the other couple or dont have anything nice to say then STAY OUT OF IT!.....it's really that simple 😊.......naina

I like your mature approach! I do want Rati back and I am upset with the cvs for removing a character like Nupur but I never wished ill for the show!
