The problem with Manav is that he wants to have it both ways, have Archana on the side while fulfilling his promise to marry Shravani. Archana shouldn't let him have his way, it is unfair to her to be strung along after their divorce. As much as I loved watching Manav and Archana togehter, Archana needs to get a spine and tell Manav to leave her alone! He made his choice, now he has to live with his decision.
That is why I still support Archana inspite of her perceived foolish behaviour.
Had Archana acted otherwise, she would not have been Archana and would have lost whatever dignity left with her.
It is her behaviour which places her above Manav who comes across as selfish,confused and unable to let his mind rule over his heart or vice versa. What choice did he actually leave Archana with in the first place ? With manav so determined to go ahead with the divorce, had she stopped it, wouldn't she have lost his respect? What would she have gained by that? A lifetime of censure.
Archana behaved exactly as she thought was right and became a sadder but wiser person after this experience. As she herself said , time will definitely heal the wounds and lessen her heartache.
I hope that this experience will help her to plan her life better in the future. She can never turn into a practical person but I hope she does not turn bitter and give up on life.

I had become bitter and quit watching the show for a long time. But after the divorce, I am actually feeling better for archana as I percieve it as a release for her, a new beginning. I'm therefore back to supporting my Archu and wishing her all the best.
