But Bani, the son, Karan (if he really is), is merely the proof of the fact that Indu cheated on Vasu. It's the actual act of infidelity that is unforgiveable.
Vasu knew about Kusum, but we don't know exactly how much she knows. Maybe all she knows is that Indu fell in love outside of their marriage and wanted to move on with another woman named Kusum. I'm not quite sure if she knows exactly how far Indu went in his relationship with Kusum.
you know there are things which remain untold in certain circumstances, but people have to understand. Indu was not a college going guy, he left his home for Dehra dun with a broken heart and was with his lady for some time alone in Dehra dun and then he intended to marry her also, he found solace in her. Its quite obvious that he might have entered into a physical relationship, it cannot be ruled out totally. Whether Karan was conceived or not was different, but its quite natural he was engaged in a complete relationship of man-woman with her.
Actually, since Indu said Alekh was not born that time and if Indu had fallen for another woman, Vasu should have left him that moment only. Actually Vasu and Indu both had marriage of convenience to enjoy the Rajvansh property. No one had any moral strength.
