I think a synopsis/summary of what's happened to date b4 the leap would be helpful - the original enmity b/w Ghassila & Chaudhari, the affair b/w Chaudhari's bro & Ghassila's sis, the cause of the animosity b/w Dhaniya & Lakshmi, the opposition of Ghassila to Lakshmi's education (incidentally, was Dhaniya educated?) and so on.
Such a summary can bring everybody up to speed on what's gone on to date, and we can pick up from there. Unfortunately, I only know bits & pieces, or else, I might have posted something.
