Education or Emotion?

Well, there is too much of emphasis on education here...In my opinion the current problem is not much related to one being educated or not

1. Krishna is well aware of how the pregnancy works
2. Pratigya is well aware of the future being a woman
3. Krishna is well aware of hitting a woman is bad (Reason he agreed for Komal's marriage)
4. Pratigya claiming going out of the house
5. SS throwing Pratigya out
6. Professor bringing Pratigya home
7. Krishna Apologizing for his mistake
8. Krishna wanting to meet Pratigya at night
9. Krishna calling her back
10 Pratigya refusing to go

In all the above incident education plays very minimal role to solve the problem here..these are the issues purely based on human emotions and ego...on which education has very little control.

Education may teach you good manners but doesn't guarantee the motivation to show that manners...A well educated person may behave as bad as any other uneducated fellow or vice versa...

A well educated husband could hit his wife...A well educated wife may show disrespect to her husband...
Just by having education does not solve the problems arising due to human emotions like ego, jealousy, greed etc...

I keep hearing in this serial about trumpeting the glories of education. But I fail to understand how does having education could solve the prevailing problem between those two families...! The issues seems to be as prevalent as between any rich vs middle class family with bit exaggeration...

To me education shows the path to the knowledge....whether to walk in that path or not is purely depends on individual's traits and characteristics...it does not solve the everyday life problem...

Coming back to pratigya, Pratigya refusing to go back with Krishna is nothing to do with her education. It is her upbringing and what she had been taught so far in her home...Prof believes to go by the books and principles in his life...and that's what Pratigya had learnt and believed...

Is it good or bad depends on her own priorities...I repeat, her own priorities...it is not about going in the path shown by her father nor about being a woman

It depends on what she wants and how she prioritizes her life...

If she prioritizes standing by the principle as the top most, then she should not and will not go back to Krishna no matter what the situation arises unless the issue is solved (This is what I call, going by book)

If she prioritizes her family, she will go back to Krishna citing Adarsh / Komal budding relationship or to save her family reputation in the society for the sake of Arushi's groom (Doctor) family in future...

If she prioritizes her own life, she will go back to Krishna and wants to turn the things around as she wishes...

So in above two cases if she asks sorry to SS and family, she is not committing any mistake. But in a long run, she will be helping those people by showing them the path of knowledge (This is what I call 'Haar ke jeethna')

So in the coming days as she gets her own priorities sorted out, she will have an answer for this mess....
And I am looking forward for that....

I am quite agreed on your suggestion on Prioritizing ...but will not agree with the fact that Prats should apologize ..what you said that ,her In laws will help her or may love her is far fetched ...for you see Prats is not married into a family that is o a equal footing with her family ...she has been married into a family that has different set of values ,rules and in this family ...Surrendering means accepting defeat ....losing your basic rights ...yahan pe harkar jeethna na hoga ..yahan pe haaroge tho dhabadhenge ..Apni Astitva ko mitadhenge ...aur yeh ladai Pratigya apne Astitv keliye karrahi hai ...

It is time for Krishna to step up and take responsibilities...for he was the originator of this lie and Pratigya was the silent accessory and the accesory has been punished but the actual instigator and perpetrator has gone scotfree!!

I am not telling, if Pratigya asks sorry, SS family will help her....I said, Pratigya helping those family...

Yes, I agree with you too regarding asking apology and as I said, if Pratigya believes going by the rights/principles is what keeps her astitva, then she should not go...but life is not always about rights or wrongs...its about the situation which throws upon you...the very precise reason why Pratigya agreed to marry a man who she think is a scoundrel...here although Pratigya did make a mistake of marrying him but she succumbed to the situation...

what I am talking about is from a bigger picture where I believe, if woman wants to turn around things, she really can....it is the premise of my assumption when I say, she could really help SS family to live the proper life...

One cannot clap hands with one hand !!...same way she can't help SS and his family unless they really want her help ...and similarly she can't change them unless they are ready for CHANGE ...[remember what happened to her when she rescued Amma from SS beating's ]

Bottomline : LIfe is not a ONE WAY street ...

Well, when a problem arises we are really left with two options...
1. try to solve it
2. Keep rambling about it and shifting the blame...

Trying to solve the problem keeps us moving in the life...

RC ,

And a problem can be solved by first acknowledging that there is a problem ,then looking at the reason for the problem and then looking at solution's and accepting the best possible solution ..

But here while one party is aware of the problem...the other party does not even acknowledge it... Then How the HECK can the problem be solved ???

By making aware of the problem to the party who doesn't know or acknowledge there is a problem exist.... 😊 😊 It is the responsibility of the person who recognizes the problem first...in this case Pratigya sees some problem with SS family, so she should take the initiative...

RC ,

Any attempt by Pratigya to create awareness in SS fmly is met by stiff resistance and downright abuse .....So what can she do ??

You can wake a sleeping person ...but you cannot wake a person who is pretending to sleep ..can you ...Prats is faced with such a dilemma...and she doesn't have a clue as to the course of action she must take ..

She has got the biggest asset to change them..."KRISHNA". By now she should have understood he is different from other jungle members of the family...but I agree she is not in a mood to correct those people...she is really not worried about her future or her family future...once it gets into her mind she will start acting accordingly...
